Kris is the chef and founder of Indulgence Dining, bringing over 16 years of professional culinary experience to private homes, intimate celebrations, and exclusive events across Ottawa.

Throughout his career, Kris has refined his craft in some of Ottawa’s most celebrated kitchens, including restaurants recognized among Canada’s Top 100. His culinary journey has also taken him internationally to South Korea, where he worked alongside a Michelin-star-trained chef, further developing his expertise in contemporary fine dining, intricate tasting menus, and innovative culinary techniques.

Rooted in classical French technique, his cooking draws inspiration from Italian, French-Canadian, and modern international cuisine. His approach combines exceptional ingredients, thoughtful seasonality, and refined presentation to create dishes that are both sophisticated and memorable.
